Every LUPS MODS timepiece is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Timeframe
Total delivery time is between 7 to 14 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This includes the time required for final quality inspection, secure packaging, and transit.
Please note that custom builds may require additional time depending on the complexity of the configuration and component availability. We will keep you informed at every step.
Shipping Details
- All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched
- We ship worldwide — no matter where you are, we'll get your timepiece to you
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
Returns
We offer Free Returns within 15 days of receiving your timepiece.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a free return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- The watch must be in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging intact
- All accessories, documentation, and tags must be included
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us via email at lupsmods@gmail.com or through our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned timepiece, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
