Every LUPS MODS timepiece is carefully packaged and shipped with the utmost care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Timeframe
Total delivery time is between 12 to 15 business days from the date your order is confirmed. This includes the time required for assembly, final quality inspection, secure packaging, and transit.
Please note that all our watches are meticulously hand-assembled to order. We take the necessary time to ensure every detail meets our high standards before the watch leaves our workshop.
Returns
Due to the highly customized and made-to-order nature of our timepieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We ensure that every watch passes a strict quality control check before shipping. However, if your watch arrives damaged or defective due to transit, please contact us immediately at lupsmods@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
