LUPS MODS operates as a custom watch modification service, specializing in Seiko-based timepiece builds. All products listed on our website are custom-assembled modifications and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Seiko Holdings Corporation.
2. Custom Orders
Each timepiece is built to order based on your specifications. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:
- The final product may have minor visual variations due to the handmade nature of our work
- Build times vary depending on complexity and component availability
- We will communicate any significant changes or delays
- Custom configurations are unique and may differ slightly from display images
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full before production begins. We accept standard payment methods as indicated at checkout.
4. Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for full details.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer free returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the watch is in its original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please see our Shipping Policy page for the full return process.
6. Warranty
All LUPS MODS timepieces come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement and assembly. This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case, crystal, or bracelet
- Water damage if the watch is used beyond its rated water resistance
- Battery replacement for quartz movements (if applicable)
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and code — is the property of JR Seiko Mods and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
LUPS MODS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
